If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

If you change your mind about your order, please return it to us within 7 days of your delivery date. Please be aware that to be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it and in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once we’ve received your item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

After we have inspected your item, we will immediately notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Where applicable, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning an item over £100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges

Exchanges can be accepted in the event that you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Items will only be exchanged for products that are available in stock. If the new item is of a higher value we will invoice you for the remaining balance. If exchange is made of a lower valued item, the difference will be returned.

Sale/Discounted items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale/discounted items cannot be refunded.
