Refunds & Returns

We want you to love your Be The Other pieces. If your order isn't quite right, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Change of Mind Returns

If you've changed your mind, we're happy to accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached

  • Returned in their original packaging

Please contact us at hello@betheother.com or via our Contact Us page with your order number to arrange your return. You'll be responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a trackable postal service.

Faulty Items

Each item is carefully crafted and checked before shipping, but if you receive a product that is faulty, we're here to help.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@betheother.com or via our Contact Us page. Include your order number, a description of the fault, and clear photos so we can assist you quickly. We'll arrange a full refund (excluding original shipping costs) or replacement, and cover return postage costs for faulty items.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please clearly mark your parcel as "Returned Goods" to help avoid additional customs charges.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on sale, discounted items or gift cards.
