Return & Refunds

We want you to love your Be The Other pieces. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

If you change your mind about your order, you may return it within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In the same condition as when you received it

  • Returned in the original packaging

  • UK Customers: Returns should be sent back using a trackable service. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit

  • International Customers: You are responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes. Please clearly mark your parcel as “Returned Goods” to avoid extra charges.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Refunds typically appear within a few days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • For international returns, any customs fees or duties we incur will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning an item over £100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted if you contact us within 7 days of delivery. Items may only be exchanged for products currently in stock.

  • If the new item is higher in value, we’ll invoice you for the difference.

  • If it is lower in value, the balance will be refunded to you.

Sale & Discounted Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
